The receiver randomly decides to switch itself off, sometimes 3-4 times in the same day, then works perfectly for months. Then for no apparent reason it began working normally and the on screen display has been working perfectly ever since. I had made no wiring or other changes before or after. Last year when I selected yamaha setup it did not display on TV, I tried it several times over a week and it was not visible.
