Maintains accurate documentation for employee files. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of the HR Operations area. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including preparing new hire files, ensuring all paperwork has been submitted. Provide support to associates via phone, email or ServiceNow tickets. Ensures background submissions are completed. Ensure all pre-employment facets are completed by each candidate and steps are appropriately recorded using various site tracking tools. A Day in the Life: Provides outstanding service to internal and external customers in person, via phone, and via email.
